[edit] Usage

This operation is used by the gsmSCF to tear down an existing call at any phase of the call for all parties involved in the call.

[edit] Expected actions

  • Upon the receipt of this operation, the gsmSCF will release the call in all directions with the cause indicator specified by the “cause” parameter.

[edit] Invoke parameters

  • cause – the reason for releasing the call. This is a Q.850 cause. This has the following attributes:
    • coding with possible values
      • "CCITT"
      • "ISO/IEC"
      • "national"
      • "network specific"
    • location with possible values:
      • "U" - User
      • "LPN" - Private network serving the local user
      • "LN" - Public network serving the local user
      • "TN" - Transit network
      • "RLN" - Public network serving the remote user
      • "RPN" - Private network serving the remote user
      • "INTL - International network
      • "BI" - Network beyond the interworking point
